Barnyard Sweetheart

This is one of our three black hens. They are all very sweet. They are still young and haven't started to lay yet, but are almost ready. We have a new crew in the coop that is not quite feathered out. They are straight runs. My husband is hoping for some more roosters. We had to get rid of most of our roosters because they were too aggressive. I thought that they were going to a farm, but apparently, they wound up as dinner.
