Day off!

A strange kind of snow day, as this time there was very little snow - on our side of the Island at least! Over on the West Wight they had huge drifts ,and as a result of the varied conditions, many schools decided to play it safe this morning and close - including mine!

What a blissful thing it is, to be just steeling yourself to raise your head from a very soft, very comfy pillow, only to receive a text saying - school's closed! :)

The afternoon was actually beautiful, sunny and bright (if extremely cold).
