Triple Choco Mousse Anyone????

So, tonight, my sous chef who normally does larder was on pastry.....this was part of her triple chocolate mousse dessert....and a total hit!!!!
She however is so paranoid about what the actual pastry chef will say, that she has given the rest of them to us....to eat!!!....mental I hear you say???...yes, but he really thinks he's gods gift!!!!
Anyway, not a good day today I'm afraid, so ill kp this short and sweet.....excuse the pun.....:-(
