Sunflower

Mid week I treated myself to a lovely bunch of flowers, sunflowers and roses. This is one of the sunflowers, in the sun in the conservatory. :)

Caleb arrived this morning, “I want to go to the tractors and diggers again“ nanny was his first words. We had plans today for a visit to Basildon Park (NT place) so not able to accommodate. He was ok with this. :)

Brief visit to Basildon, house not open until 12 midday and Caleb wasn’t enamoured with the visit - apart from the ball run (had to purchase tennis ball for £1, wrote his name on it). :)

After a quick drink and snack in the cafe, headed off to a favourite garden centre in Arborfield, for lunch. After lunch, looked at the fish (aquatic centre there) and Caleb fed the fish. Instead of plants (that I usually buy there), purchased a frisbe. Left and popped in the local park to try out his frisbe skills, needs for practice. Sheltered in the cafe when the heavens opened and back home. :)

Relaxing with a G&T tonight, catching up on the olympics (really enjoyed them). :)
