I have these sticky plaster marks all over me where they've taken blood and I've had cannula in etc. They didn't want to come off in the shower this morning!

Making good progress. Pain is getting less each day. Managed a walk up the corridor today. I was quite shocked how long it took me and how tired I was after it.

There's really not much else to photograph!! Or write. Having a shower and the walk were big milestones today!
