Downpours

It has been a day of torrential downpours, with the occasional sunny interval, I had been soaked - I had heard (and then seen) the rain approaching, and was forced to turn around and head back to my starting place. The tracks and roads turned into streams and pools. Fortunately, I had put my wellies on.

And then arriving back at Bluebell cottage garden, the sun came out. So after a look around the garden (extra) I had a very short walk along the adjacent Trent and Mersey Canal. I have my back to the canal taking this shot. I posted this onto J, I think it’s her favourite.

More rain then followed, but I was driving home by then.
