Rubbish

8 hours on the road today (should have been 6), lashing rain a lot of the time, long traffic jams, and saw wreckage from two accidents.
Listened to Klara and the Sun most of the way….complicated and interesting, and beautifully written…just trying to work out how convincing I find the premise/plot.
At home I opened my post (rather nice to have a box of two cocktails in lieu of a real life reception!), made a cup of tea then had a chat to V to catch up on her week.
What a day…
