Despite this being a taxi rank and double yellow lines, this selfish idiot refused to move off as he had a permit and was waiting for a space to become available further down the street.
Now he could have parked, no wait, he said he wasn’t parked, just stopped. Anyway, he could have stopped on the other side of the road, but he couldn’t because it had double yellow lines.

He could have moved further down the street a bit where there the front bit of the rank is, the bit that nobody uses as it gives less options when moving off

But no, because the apartment block he was going into was actually in the rank, he waited there.

Another mmm moment. As space became available about 50-60 yards down the road, so he pulled off the rank and got a space where his permit allowed. Then walked back to get into the flats.

So why sit in his car outside the door when he knew he. Oils park there? Ah yes. Because he is an idiot.
