Beach at Torrey Pines State Park

A lovely warm late afternoon in Del Mar. I walked a brisk 35 minutes from the hotel to the sea. Had just enough time to wander for 10 minutes enjoying the sand and seagulls and advancing tide. Then 35 minutes back. Warm and sunny and a great break during this busy conference week. Had dinner a wonderful restaurant in Del Mar. Oysters on the half shell, sea bass and a great view out over the ocean and the setting sun.
