Shining brightly

Lovely to meet with Shinebrightly at the Cornerhouse Cafe in Berwick for coffee and home-made cake. Very good it was too, as evidenced by the mostly empty plates! (Not sure what setting the camera was on, but evidently not the right one judging by the grainy photo!)

Afterwards, a rainy walk around the town walls via the Green Shop, where several purchases were made. MrM's instructions on how to fire the cannon we saw may prove useful come the revolution! Who knows?

Home with good intentions to do some more painting, but they came to nothing. Tomorrow...
