Another day of sunshine and showers.  I made good use of it by doing one of the exercises for my course - showing the form of a simple object using lights.  I never use artificial lights and don't possess a flash or a softbox.  So I improvised with torches and lamps and pieces of paper as reflectors.  This is probably the closest I got to the effect I was supposed to create.
