Gloom

It rained this morning and I thought it would carry on all day, it didn't but it started up again soon after this photograph, the grass has been so parched that I am not complaining. 

There was an incident with a neighbour yesterday evening, a domestic violence issue I would say, she didn't let the guy in but someone called the police.  It would seem she is too frightened even to talk to the police, so I am wondering if the guy is going to turn up again this evening.
