Pink pompom

Silly enough for saturday? I'm not sure where it's come from but it's happily flowering away next to the sunflowers.  A flirty, flouncy ballerina of poppies.
Phew, we've had a busy day - a day spent in the garden and all hands have been on deck - the orchard strimmed, the hawthorn hedge tamed, the lawn mown, the polytunnel weeded, and a huge area cleared 'above' in readiness for a cable to be run to the house for some fibre broadband. The clearing involved wrestling with gorse, brambles, plum saplings and copious amounts of bracken.
Sunshine and showers, a fierce wind and lots of butterflies about.
A gin might be required now.
