London Day 4

What a horrible day weather wise it was pouring with rain when set out we had to check out but weren't coming home till the evening as we had an afternoon tea booked we walked up to Piccadilly Circus but we were soaked so we decided to get on the sightseeing bus and ride round to keep out of the rain the guide was really good telling us about the history of things but also little titbits. The rain finally stopped and we got off the bus at Westminster and walked to Buckingham Palace and the hotel The Rubens at the Palace' where we had our afternoon tea it was very nice and we really enjoyed it and it was a lovely end to our few days away. Back home now tired but with lots of memories.
