Did food bank deliveries this morning and then supermarket shopping for J as he is isolating. Had lunch with him in the garden and then went home via homesense and charity shops looking for blue or red jug - no luck! Was watching tv in the evening when it suddenly went dead. All sockets weren’t working though lights ok. Phoned builder and eventually decided that one of sockets which used to be in the wall that is longer there hadn’t been covered properly and had got wet due to torrential rain that had just started. Put more plastic over socket and went back to Js to charge my phone etc. and take a reasonable photo of his cat! Socket switch still tripping out when I went to bed but ok on Sunday morning.
