Four flags

In almost all of Brittany you will see the black and white Gwenn-ha-du flying or on something as a motif. You will even see it in the city of Nantes, which isn't officially in Brittany, even though everyone knows it is the capital of Brittany. Oddly in Saint-Malo it's not as common - you will see it - but the Saint-Malo flag is far more common, even on car plates where it isn't allowed as it's not a region marker.

We went for a walk in the afternoon after walking to the shops in the morning. It was nice and warm, though when we arrived at the beach it was quite windy, and the sun was hiding enough to make it a little cool. As you can see the Saint-Malo flags were flying on the ramparts with plenty of gusto today.

Mostly feeling fine today, though my low level headache comes and goes, and my BP is still up.
