Sad

We are happy to live in Clifton. There is plenty to do, good places to visit and the pleasure of seeing visitors from all over the world visiting the iconic  Clifton Suspension Bridge, see extra.

Sad because when we hear helicopters overhead ,usually in the night, we know someone is committing suicide.

In some but not all instances family and  friends visit the bridge and leave tributes and my picture shows the remains of flowers with so sad messages. 

The bridge carries permanent sign from the Samaritans with telephone number providing a last opportunity to avert this final act.

Why Blip something like this?  Because it's part of life and we have to accept the good, the bad and the sad and do what we can, when we can, to help.

Tomorrow I'll be happy.
