New York City At Night

It is blowing a gale (not quite, but a strong wind), so everything I was trying to capture outside is moving too much.  Just looked as if my hands were shaking while taking the photograph. 
T came to the rescue with the latest jigsaw he has completed, but not yet broken up.  A tricky one as the top half of the picture is reflected in the river at the bottom, only upside down.
