After the usual morning chores and paperwork hand-over, we took the dogs up to Paxton Pits for a good walk. It’s a large nature reserve formed from gravel pits, and I suspect this haulage company still use part of it for a storage base for aggregate. This is on one of the routes in, and there were substantial piles behind this old piece of machinery.
Good for Derelict Sunday I thought.
Anyway, the dogs had a good paddle on the beach, got lovely and muddy in the puddles and came home for a bath. See Vinnie in extras.
