Quick get away!

So as a surprise today I went to the zoo with mummy. Normally I go with Oma soni kept mybeyes peelend all the wat round in case she was hiding... but even when I was shouting in her she didn't pop out.

What did pop out was this elephants trunk!!!

From the angle this was taken she looks further away than she actually was (probably about 2 meters at the most mum says). If you look carefully the Belgian approach to health and safety is on display, see the big holes in the fence? Toddler sized holes mummy would say. Seconds before this photo was taken she (mama) had to fish me out of the weeds as I was trying to climb in beside the elephant. When she got me out the elephant put her trunk out of her (also very open) fence and I thought she was going to eat me so I made a run for it just as mama took this photo. So it is out of focus but has a great story!

You'll be pleased to hear I escaped without a kiss from an elephant! I also didn't try to climb back in beside it again. What an adventure!
