So on strike because council outsourced.. Strike is about living wage.. so I kind of understand needed a hourly rate, the weekly announcement bombarded council on social media. The garden waste suspended thats a extra annual payment being collected there probably extend..
No bins being collected.. that's council tax contribution.
Slightly annoyed as no down time to get to a refuse site..
