Gold medal pie

the ‘boys’ deserved accolades after their plumbing efforts, so I made them a beef and ale pie. the ale was Old Peculiar, and very good it was too. S. has already requested one for his next visit, which I took as a compliment as he used to be a chef in a boutique hotel!
