Hands, Huts, Arches, and Homes

Derelict by choice?  These primitive shelters house homeless men, women, children whom (I gotta believe) prefer to live outside.  I blipped the hands arch before, along with a few shelters.  The hands remain, the shelters change.  The City tears them down at the beginning of fire season.  People rebuild.  It is the way of things.

I would not consider these shelters, hovels, so I'm not certain my derelict classification is apt.
