Little mountain park

This park is part of the Mt Vernon forest reserve and their largest park . It’s quite the winding road to get to the top and a Mecca for mountain bike riders. The view here is of the waters of the sound and you can see some of the San Juan Islands. It was kind of a hazy day due to Vancouver BC and Northern California fires. Cooler today but we are headed into another heat wave mid week .
Big R, Cowboy and I picnics uo at the top here. It was a fun dsy of a new adventure .
