Another Rainy Day

Another day of showers but increasingly it became drier and brighter as time passed.  The last day of the Olympics and another successful time for Team GB.  Watching Jason Kenny ride away from the other competitors in the Keirin was bizarre but very enjoyable.

Friends walked over to see us in the late afternoon and ended up joining us for dinner and a lovely evening of chat.  We have had so few opportunities to host friends in the last 18 months; it almost felt normal.

This little fella was on the door frame when I came back from getting the Sunday papers.
