Walled Garden

A day of sunshine, cloudy intervals and a few showers. This picture taken at the Crathes Castle walled garden seems to have been taken during one of the sunny periods. Plenty of cloud in the background though.

One of the gardeners told us they are having major problems with drains following the rain. He said the gardeners are having to attend to drains and damage caused by flooding rather than looking after the gardens.

We would have had an ice cream, but the cafe was short of staff so it could have been a long wait.
