Posh spice

This little cupboard is right next to my cooker, very handy for herbs and spices. It has served me well over the years, with herbs on the top shelf and spices on the bottom shelf. I put labels on the tops of the pots to make it easier to find them.
Now change is in the air. Normous has been seen with ruler and graph paper. He wants to make a removable box with three shelves to make it easier to find things. "Why is this necessary?" I hear you ask! Well, it is because he keeps buying so many obscure spices for his curries that we've run out of room!
