Never has fake meat tasted so good. B's dad has been cooking this wheat protein since before it was a "fake meat" fad, and I am the beneficiary of his skills, passed on through the generations. I cannot describe the deliciousness of food well-prepared, with love.

I'm reallllllly thinking of starting that local food restaurant blog. Someday soon, when the thesis is the past.
