A bit of a rarity here this year.

A showery day today.

This is one of our few hydrangea blooms this year. Ours had a hundred plus large blooms last year, and after many years had become far too big. I pruned it back, and it looked like it was off to a good start in Spring 2021 - but late hard frost and snow caused much damage.

We watched the FOSROC Super 6 Rugby livestream this evening. I know several of the players at Stirling County, they’re from my younger sons cohort. Frustrating game; lost to Watsonians at 78 minutes.

Older son and wife and old cat Katie were away overnight. The weather was kinder; she got to lie outside in the sun.
