this afternoon so I was unable to do any outside painting!

However for something completely different I spoke to the local engineers about a price to overhaul the MG cylinder head and put in hardened valve seats. I think compression is a bit low and hence power (!) is down. A tad more than I’d expected but comparable with a new head. It will need some thought and saving up.
