Spuds

Mr A has relinquished his chefs role now I’m almost properly back on my feet.
I’ve always enjoyed cooking, so I really don’t mind.
We decided the cut the carbs a few months ago, but still like to have the odd dish with pasta, rice or spuds. These baby potatoes were lovely, just dry roasted in the oven and went well with the gammon joint.
