Cake

A very grainy phone photo of Jo Wheatley at the talk she did as part of Essex Book Festival this evening. She's clearly a really lovely and genuine lady and it was interesting to hear her talk about Bake Off and how it's changed her life, BUT the actual demonstration was a bit rubbish and amateur (I kinda know how to pour smarties on a cake thanks). It also only lasted 50mins instead of the advertised 2 hours, making the tickets really pricey!
