Right Honorable

I've never received a letter from the Houses of Parliament before! This came yesterday. I signed a petition calling for a ban on neonicotinoid pesticides that are harming our bee populations, the petition website sent the email direct to my local MP, who also happens to be the Shadow Secretary State For Wales. Basically the other EU Countries are supporting a ban to stop the pesticide whilst field study is being carried out, based on some scientific evidence that has come to light, our wonderfully green government has taken the opposite stance, and used it's veto power to stop it being banned. They oddly accept there appears to be evidence supporting a ban, but think we should continue using the pesticide until proper proof is presented. Meanwhile our main pollinators continue to collapse in numbers. Mind you this lot seem to want to rip the countryside up .. and the bits that are left, shoot everything in it! All a bit sad really.

Still haven't got over yesterday .. anyone want to care to explain to me how we are Six Nations Champions?
