Masterchef

Came back from the Lakes today. The road to the M6 was gridlocked and then travellers caravans were causing havoc on the A65. Consequently my journey took longer than expected so I couldn’t be bothered cooking a proper meal once I got home.
Called in the farm shop and got some mushrooms and pancetta and cobbled this together. It was lovely.
