On the Fringe

Welcome to my world.
I had a local circuitous shopping trip this morning with the route overwhelmed by Fringe paraphernalia from the precincts of the Art College to Bristo Square and the McEwan Hall , taking in the lovely George Square Gardens, closed to us neighbours now that The Underbelly has transformed them into their own complex which means the grass will require months of regeneration later.

In contrast to yesterday, it is a lovely day, with sunshine and warmth. The tourists must be mightily relieved after the deluge and flooding of yesterday.
I may even be able to sit outside and soak up the sun…… although that could be a signal for the clouds to gather.
