It's yesterday once more

Yesterday: The car is in for a service and MOT. Mrs Soup took it in at 8:30 and came home by bus. No news all day. 16:00 Mrs Soup 'phoned; it would be ready for 17:30. 17:00 the Mazda garage 'phoned to say the car wouldn't be ready, they didn't get round to do the service. Mrs Soup is a little angry. Result: she busses it down to the garage and picks up a courtesy car, so we can go out in the evening.

Today: The car is still at the garage. Mrs Soup 'phones at 16:30; everything is done, just finishing off the details. 17:00 Mrs Soup 'phones for a final check; they agree it isn't finished. We keep the courtesy car again.

Tomorrow: we are out all day.
