One Eye

…………….on the job! How many plastic ties are needed to keep a car on the road, even the car looks surprised!!

A good nights sleep and a slow morning have been followed by a productive afternoon. The spare room now looks habitable (just don’t look in the wardrobe!)…boxes and suitcases have all been emptied and either loaded into the car for refilling or flattened and put in the recycling. Floors have been vacuumed and mopped. Cleaning cupboard is in some semblance of order and birthday gifts have been given homes…I even sorted the vases of flowers, threw out the dead ones and reduced two vases into one!

We’ve had intermittent heavy rain showers throughout the afternoon…usually preceded by me trying to hang the washing on the line!
