What a difference a day makes

Pineapple weed update (for those interested) - night 2 very deep sleep again, woke a couple of times which is usually game over for me But took a couple sips of it and went back into oblivion. Have been reading up a bit on it today, seems its the same family as chamomile but likely to be stronger. Would definitely recommend trying, it tastes quite nice, it's free and it certainly seems to be working for me at least.

Spent the morning working over at the boss's in Currie and then back to crack on with my stuff. Had a lovely surprise visit from some guests at a local B&B (that has my products in their rooms) wanting to try /buy some candles and diffusers. After a successful shopping trip on both our counts I popped up the road for a wander and to soak up the sunshine and admire the fluffy clouds.
