New Wetlands

A Transportation Department water mitigation project a few miles from home has created a wetlands wonderland.  It's still developing, and access to portions of it are limited, but its proximity makes it a go-to destination for blip subjects.  Today I spotted a few Eastern Phoebes, this one perched on one of the many enclosures protecting saplings.
