Teepee rainbow

We had a really busy and productive day in the garden, planting beetroot, carrots and indoors doing tomatoes, spring onions and peppers. Yesterday Lily planted 'rockets' (not sure what she's expecting to grow!) and mixed lettuce.
We wait with excited anticipation to see what grows... The girls also made fantastic signs for our crops, which they glued to pieces of board and then painted with PVA to keep them waterproof before nailing them to sticks previously collected in the woods. I did take photos of them to put on here, but couldn't get them to upload. Don't know why that happens sometimes? Is it the light? Or is the picture too busy? I will try again another day.
Oh, and we made a pretty good teepee; Lily took this picture of her picture while inside.
