Nërp has 'thought up' the winning number for his first National Lottery Draw!
He shuffled confidently out to announce the Winning Number, accompanied by his 'glamorous assistant' Jīqìrén
The prize stands at an impressive £10, (tax free) but this will 'roll over' if nobody wins it this month.
Since the prize total is entirely dependent on the income from tickets sold, this represents the price of two tickets, both – as it happens – bought by me, so as yet the lottery is only breaking even.
However, Nërp is confident of a massive boost in ticket sales following the announcement of this first draw and the resultant publicity.
All I can tell you is that neither of my entries bore the winning number…
