5 a day?

Well I have had my 5 fruit and veg today, but I 've also walked the canal (Leeds to Liverpool) today with Reggie. I didn't do the full 127 miles, just 2 or 3, including the stretch past the 5 rise locks. They are always a good photo opportunity but it is rare that there isn't any one else on the tow path 'spoiling' the view. Only dog walkers were daft enough to be out this afternoon in the murky grey that it was again. I had rain, sleet and snow in the space of the 90 minutes I was out, and I forgot to take my gloves!
