Cow and Heather

Took a run out on the moor with Forrest. He's still got a few niggles following his 100km race, nothing serious but he's being sensible and not pushing too hard at the moment, which is good for me. Feeling a distinct lack of energy in every respect at the moment.

I know I'm flagging creatively when nothing comes to me as inspiration for a title.
