almost cut my hair

So one of Léo's test results came back indicating that he was lacking in vitamin b12 so needs some supplements. Interestingly my blood test showed the same thing back in May, but my hair loss is considerably more advanced than Léo's and will hopefully stay that way :-)

Other than that, it has been hot and sunny for a change, so early walk for Léo this morning, 15k at lunchtime and now late walk when sun has gone down. And some work in between , honest !
