Harmony Day

Today is Harmony Day :-) a great day to celebrate the different cultures in your community. We are having a Harmony Day at work and for lunch we were asked to bring in something which represents our nationality.

Although I was born in Australia and so were my parents and grandparents we hold onto our Irish heritage quite strongly.

This was my first attempt at making Beef and Guinness Pie... Doesn't look to shabby!
