Bird in a blue sky

Went out to take some pictures today and there was a sudden downpour of hailstones. I had to hide under a bridge to keep my camera dry. Then, out of no where the sun came out and the skies cleared. It turned into a pretty nice day.

I'm not quite sure what kind of bird this is. Probably just a pigeon. Feel free to let me know what you think it is.
