NOT A DROP OF RAIN….

…in those clouds. It was cloudy all day, & I heard there was a misty rain nearby, but
not here. Not a drop, unfortunately.

For the past week, I have had a friend staying with me, after she had hip replacement surgery. She lives alone &
needed some extra care while she heals &
regains her strength. It was a lot of work for me, but we got along very well. She is a real trooper & has made an amazing recovery.
Even on pain meds, she could easily beat me at Canasta.

She insisted on returning home today, so I took her. When I returned home to my house, I fell asleep for 4 hours this afternoon. It was a delirious sleep unlike any other time.

Tomorrow I have a completely free day, &
that will be great.
