An unexpected busy day…realised late last night it was the boys Wedding Anniversary today and as I hadn’t made a card I had to improvise with a sheet of A4 paper and some pens! Just as I was about to contact MC to see if they were home my niece texted to say she was coming over with her grandson.

Lunch followed by a trip to the park, walk along the prom and an ice cream ensued. It was after 4 by the time I headed over to Berwick to deliver the “card” and a bottle. Luckily tea was leftovers from last night so only needed reheated when I got home.

Very few photos taken but I saw this thistle seed head along the riverside as I headed to Berwick.
