Selfie

A very rare selfie. I was testing out the camera on the new phone and I thought it came out OK.

Early run. I diverted my normal run and ended up going 4km more than normal.

Then took the kids to club. They had a good day again by the sound of it.

Bees at lunch. The big hive didn't seem very happy to see me.

Kids then had swimming this evening and are doing great.
