Tea loaf
Happy National Mackem Day to Mackems everywhere!
I got a new recipe book today. It’s veganised British (and adopted British) classics. I quite fancied this tea loaf. It says to use Earl Grey tea, but I don’t like that, so I’m using normal tea. I’m soaking some dried fruit overnight. I used apricots, glacé cherries, cranberries, flame raisins, prunes, mixed peel and sultanas.
